hi guys, i know more or less everyone has advice, but i'm sure if the local PD hear about the other crimes he is committing they will take more of an interest. As the saying goes, anyone can make a mistake, two mistakes are a coincidence a third and your taking the p'=s!!! IF someone found out his plate and had suspicion of other offences they should do the honourable thing for society and call the cops. It works in Britain!!!
