Time for some tar and feathering. I just spent the last hour reading this sad story. It it obvious that LOCELL isa thief. I hope you are able to take legal action against this low life and retrieve your funds.

I got a call from the investigator in Racine. She told me that he has until the 27th of August to get the parts together ship them and give her the tracking numbers or she will file criminal charges against him. So hopefully he does this i get my parts and we move on. Looks like i will have my bike ready for next spring!!

HOORAY!! I've been reading your post and fuming at this guys beligerance and asinine replies. I know you'd like to get your parts or the cash back but I'm sure a lot of us here on the board would love to see locell's rear in jail. Congrats on getting some legal action.

yeah I will get the tracking number to ya by that date its funny how people post things I print them out then they go back later on to edit them. but truth be told I was done being an *** anyway. I think the best thing here though is wisconsin has accepted the case which means all criminal and civil issues connected to this have to be delt with here. good thing I have this thread printed daily. Editing does no good.
