NO ONE has any ideas??? or heard of a problem simular to this? Could it be spark plug wires? compression? coils? any other elctrical componets???? Im loosing my mind over this

 

Im not going to buy into this to much, don't want to send you off in the wrong direction.
The fuel pump on my bike gets a ticking noise when I forget to turn on the fuel after I start my bike up, with that in mind, maybe your not getting enough fuel delivery to the pump & there is an inline fuel filter on the bike, which can become clogged with debris from crappy fuel & crud in the tank, which can restrict the flow of fuel. Its located just in front of the fuel pump, its the round whitish looking thing with steel retainer around it. Just another idea to throw in the mix. Good luck

 

Sounds like the choke is stuck on.

 

I do need to change the filter. I just haven't got around to it yet. Probly need to do that before I go doing more in depth things. I know the choke is off (atleast at the choke pull tab) How would I double check to make sure it is completleyoff. There is a little bit of slack in the cable ( I can move the choke lever about half way with out any resistance)
