Default RPM runs uneven at iddle, normal? <Video>

Hello guys

My bike just came back from service where it got valve adjusting, carb cleaning + carbs syncronized.

Prior to going there my bike was running uneven at iddle and low RPM's and i was hoping that it would be gone once i got it back.

Now got it back from the shop and its still there. So my question is, is this normal or is there a way to fix it?

The video is taken on a cold start with the choke on so it runs a bit higher in rpm's than when warm but this shows the problem better.

looks more like your needle is loose, but yes, if your air/fuel ratios are off aka fuel mixture screws aren't turned out enough then your bike fluctuates in rpms.

your bike looks fine to me though?
worst case scenario, turn out your mixture screws a half turn?

I installed a Factory Pro Race jet kit in my F3. Before the install the needle moved but not that much. After the install its close to what yours is doing in the video. Still working to get all the setting right. Its my track only bike so just takes time.
