all you do is take the bolt out of the linkage, flip it approx. 180 degrees and stick it back on. I screwed it up and still finished in less than 10 minutes. You have to take the bolt completely out or else it will not slide off. There is a little groove that the bolt sits in to keep it on even if the bolt gets loose.

RIGHT BESIDE THE "CAPS LOCK" BUTTON!

It's attached to the shift lever... If you dont know what that is, please dont touch anything and get somebody else to do it.
