Will a R/R off a ZX10 work (with wiring mods) to replace the crappy ones on a F3 or is the GSXR Suzuki R/R the better one? Or any heavier duty one?

Dunno 'bout the Kawi,the 03-05 GSXR does work well.

 

Unless it comes with the wiring harness, then it's going to be more difficult to wire up to your bike. I'd look for one that has the wiring harness attached to it. Then it's just a matter of soldering the wires from your bike to the wires on the R/R.
