Default Rear tire

Can anyone tell me if you can mount a 180 on the f3 , which stocks with a 160 rear tire. If so , what Are the pros and cons of having a wider tire ? Im not using it for the track. Just city and highway. Thanks guys !!

Yes you can. I've seen A 180/55/16 on an f3. I think that's the exact size it was. not sure but it was a 180. They only real draw back is it slows your leans or steering. but if your a Sunday rider you'll be fine.me I stay stock on tires everytime. I'm no racer but I think stock tires are the safest.

you mean 180/55/17... 17inch rear tires dude. if you are not a hard rider, just doing city and highway, a 180 is fine cuz ur not really doing alot of twist and turns. you will be a little slower in the corners but it works fine. I have a 170/60 and handles just as good as the 160

you can put a 170 on it and still have decent feel of the tire, but for optimal experience, go with stock specs.
