Rear Brake
I'm just curious, I have a 96 F3 and can't get the rear break to lock up. Now i know this isn't a bad thing but it definetly has a lack of stopping power though. Can you adjust the lever? It has a pretty long travel. Pads look like they have some meat on them still.
Any suggestions?

Have you cleaned your bike lately? Maybe you got some kind of cleaner or oil or grease or something on your rotors.
Please, for the love of god, tell me you didn'tput silicone on your tires (WetShine stuff..)!?!?!? If so - I would gaurantee that's your problem.
Make sure the rotors are clean. Use some brake parts cleaner on them, clean them really good, then get new pads, the whole thing will cost you about $30. Even if it's not your problem you have eliminated a possibility and you KNOW you're good from the pads to the caliper - then it would be time to check the brake fluid, check for leaks - bleed the brakes. Then check your calipers if the problem is still there. You may need to overhaul your calipers. I think it's like $30 for an overhaul kit. If you still have a problem after that, get yourself some stainless steel brake lines.
If that doesn't work there is one last alternative...

I'll look into bleeding the brakes as it's the most common problem I know the brake fluid was just changed so i wouldn't put it past a little air bubble is the blame
