Sometimes my front forks rattle sounds like at a very high rate, no shake in the steering not sure whats wrong. Bike has 20k miles on it. Also, this has happened twice, my bike will randomly not turn on. Whenever this happened I took the battery off and put it on the trickle charge and it worked after just fine. Took it to a shop and my battery is fine and they informed my my stator is charging the proper amount. Any suggestions as to what may be wrong? They said loose wire but its weird that after using the trickle charge it turned over right away. Oh, and when it does not turn on, it will not crank over what so ever and sometimes my lights do not even turn on. Thanks

 

Check all of the plugs mounted under the gauges to the main stay.
If one of them is loose might cause the rattle/buzz.
It might also be the cause of your intermittent 'no start' issue.
