He has a hugger, it's CF, but it's there.. I think it will look better once I get another 3 or so inches under her..

disregard my hugger comment, and re-read the others. the r1 tail is clearly angled higher. to each their own. i think its awesome you did this tail swap, but it could definitely be better.

I can't wait to raise the rear up a bit though, I think that will really set it off.

im not trying to beat a dead horse? not sure what you mean. you asked for comments and suggestions and the like. im sorry i didnt say it was mega super awesome. like i said, its great and its more than i have tackled before. i think you can make it better by some suggestions. if you think its perfect now, then great. you dont need our approval.

No offense meant, just that I have said like 3 times that it needs to be raised in the rear like 3 or so inches which will angle everything like in the pic. It seems as though you are simply thinking that it will raise the bike (off of the ground) and not give it any more angle. I posted the pic of my GSX-R on page 3 (I think) and it shows exactly what lifting the rear will do for a bike.. Here it is again, not a very good pic, but it's good enough..

Mostly on the tail pan, then the pop in buttons that go along the bottom and the 2 up front just like yamaha does it..
