Default Pulse Generator ? Please help!!!

Ok from my last post everyone should know that i have just bought a 95 f3 cbr. Ran fine for a few days and now its a no start. I have spark and the fuel pump is at least getting fuel to the fuel rail at the carbs. I tested the pulse generator like the manual says. It says it needs to be between 460 and 580 ohms and if lower than 460 to replace it. I am getting 455. Does anyone know if this will solve my no start? I am just asking before i sped the 60 bucks on the part. I am thinking that the plugs are not firing at the right time due to the pulse generator or if there is another possibility that anyone can think of. Again, i have spark and fuel to at least the fuel rail. I am backfiring like crazy. I have already changed the plugs twice so it is not that. They are new and are sparking. Any imput would be appreciated.

I Think readings depend on temp, my haynes manual states test at 20 degrees c
but make sure the pulse connections are made because I had a nostart(was sparking) pulled all connections tested all readings put back together no spark. Took a long time to find thinking it was cdi .Loose connections no contact tightened, all ok.
