Default Power commander?

Can i get a power commander for my 96 f3? ive looked a round and cant seem to find one, is the bike to old to run one on the ecu? if u cant get one for the 96 can a newer model do the same job? Any help would be appreciated!

power commanders are for EFI ( electronic fuel injected) bikes, your bike is carbureted.

you mean can you get a PC for a new model? then yes, not sure about the other sport bikes, but the cbr 600's started being fuel injected in 2001.

I think you can get jet kits.

As stated before, they didnt start making power commanders for the cbr 600 series motorcycles until the f4i. All your timing and fuel mixture enhancements for these bikes come from ignition advancer, jet kits and air filters (which are over rated).

cheers everyone, had the feeling this was the case but i wasnt 100% sure! in running a uprated air filter and a straight through exhaust system figured it may need some tuning because i think its running a little rich! may have to get it professionally tuned!
