Possible to drain and refill fork oil with out removing forks
My seals aren't leaking yet but I don't know if the oil has ever been changed. I just want to do the maintance to make the bike last. So if I remove the lower bolt will the oil drain or do I need to remove it and undo the cap and flip it over?
