Poor Running Track Bike

Poor Running Track Bike
Hi Guys
Another disappointing track outing and need some help
Bike is an FT model (UK)
Trying to start motor sounds lumpy and unwilling to fire on all four, No3
cylinder the lazy one. Once coaxed and a bit of right hand abuse the
motor fires on all four and needs planty of revs to clear its throat and
fire clean. Left to idle for a while engine appears to be ok and i get the first session in.
After a few laps the bike again is unwilling to pick up cleanly until a good 8or 9 k then fires smooth. Coming back into the pits with much lower
RPM the motor bogs down and dies.
Very difficult to start.
After messing around and changing the plugs for new . its fires up and seems to be AOK. then a few laps round the padock and it starts dicking
around again.
So far:
Its has been treated to a new fuel filter and clear lines to see if it is being
fuel starved ( thats what it feels like).
Pump is working ok and when its cut out i can see fuel in the lines so thats ok. Also have bypassed relay to be sure.
When running ok it seems 100% so ignition timing and coils / leads
etc seem good. (unless it has a bizzare intermittent fault)
Any ideas or does this sound familiar to anyone ??
Cheers
