Default please help no dash or running lights

got on my bike (1995 cbr 600 f3) the other day and none of my gauges lit up, headlight works perfect as do the brake lights and turn signals. All the indicator lights also work(highbeam, sidestand, neutral, oil, and blinker indicators). Took it for a spin and got pulled over for no running lights. I checked the main fuse, it was fine, replaced it with another one anyway but still didnt fix the problem. All the fuses in the fuse box visually look fine(I didnt swap them out though). Anyone have any ideas? Doesnt seem to be a fuse.

Sometimes the fuses look ok but are still bad...if I were you I would try to change them out just to be sure before I went messing with anything else...

Well firstly I’ll state the obvious which is to check your globes but the odds of all your globes being blown is very slim.
Usually all the lights you mentioned are connected together on one line and your main headlight on a different one. So it could be a fuse but you can also check your switch. Usually it is a double poll switch as to switch the headlight on a separate line as your tail and dashboard lights which is part of the parking lights system
