Default Oil Change question... Crush Washer

I solved the problem, I'm just gonna go to the Honda Bike Dealership and get a Honda Genuine Filter, and Crush Washer there... new question:

ALSO, Someone mentioned Seafoam in my oil... how much could/should I add if any at all?

Original Solved Question Below:
So, I know how to change the oil, and I think I have everything I need... I went to the local bike store (Unfortunately a Yama/Kawi/Zuki dealer), and they sold me an oil filter, I'm not sure if its the right one or not... Pic attached at the bottom.

The other issue, is a crush washer, I know on my cars I always replace it, but do bikes have a different size or thickness? Where could I buy one?

I also decided to snap a shot of all the stuff I bought to do some maintenance on the bike...

Here's the Filter, I just wanna make sure it'll work before I take everything apart...
The words on it are:

Part No:0712-0094
Oil Filter, Honda/Kaw
OEM # 15410-MCJ-000
And here's all the other stuff, I got 4Qt of the oil, Only pictured one of them. That Yamalube **** dosen't work at all...

it didn't have a part number, but it did say Honda on it, so I went to the closest Honda bike dealer and got one there... was only $11... got that and the crush washers....
