ok so here is the update, all cleaned up, painted and on the road, the front cowl is a fiberglass piece I picked up from a GXSR I think, I narrowed it by 7" and cutout the headlight holes, mounted the lights and hooked it all up. chopped off the rear section and mounted up the lighting... I also addressed the chain issue since the last pic was taken. much better now.

Default A little more cleanup stuff done

Finaaly a couple warm days.... Took off the rearsets and passenger pegs, scuffed, primed and painted them with black spray epoxy. Looks better than the surface corrosion that was there. Next weekend the front fairings come off, gotta sand and repaint the fairing brace, drop the forks and finish polishing off the old flaking paint and then repaint the lower fork legs, and will probably address the triple tree clamps and metal portions of the clipons, as well. Getting there, little by little. Only 'big' job left is to have the wheels refinished (Either powdercoated or painted) next time tires are due.

Look people, I know how tempting it is to want to respond to photo's that are posted here. If you want to say something about the photo's, but this is not the place to do it. Send them a PM or start another thread about it. Any loose posts or comments are getting deleted.

my '97 F3... cystome paint, Yoshi exhaust, Jet Kit and clutch.. and most importantly... my monster shock canister wrap hahaha... sorry it's not in that pic...
