Valves wont close :(
Now that I was exited, because I received my shim kit. I go farther back, then when I started. when I installed the cams and timing chain, i rotated the timing mark couple of times but i notice a clicking noise coming from the exhaust valves . I pulled the cams back out again and notice the buckets not going all the way up, and the spring looks like its compressed. i just hope i dont bent the valves

If I push down the valves with bucket in, the valves stay open with the buckets off the valves close, also the buckets are hard to remove with a magnet, these are in the exhaust side. seems like the buckets hold the valves open. tried switching buckets from intake side and same happens. Do the springs expand?

Something is seriously wrong here. You should not be able to push the valve down by hand at all. The amount of spring pressure holding those valves closed is immense. Look closely at the photo below. The bucket is off and you can see the top of the valve stem. The top of the valve stem is surrounded at the top by what's called valve spring keepers. They're 2 split halves of a sleeve that hold the top of the valve and the valve spring is held in place by them. It's item #10 and Honda calls them "Cotter, Valve".
