hey i was wondering if anyone could help me. I cant seem to get my bike started, i started it up first try yesterday. Today i went to start it it turned over the first time but it died out within seconds. I havent come close to starting it again choke open/closed. I dont know if this means anything but one of my attempts to start it the bike backfiired while it started to trun over. Any help is appreciated

 

Give us a little history. What have you done to the bike recently. Has it been sitting. Is this all of a sudden. Is it cranking and just not catching, or not even cranking enough?

 

well i just bought it last week so im not sure of the long history but i had started it every day since then, started right up, then yesterday i got it to start, then it died. It shows some signs of wanting to turn over but it doesnt.I dont know if this means anything, but it backfired a few times.any help is appreciated

 

p.s. i bought it from a dealer and it got a full service before i got it home so it has all new fluids and filters

 

I'd take it back to the dealership and act what's up.

 

yea thats what i was planning, but i wanted to see if it was something i could do that didnt cost any money haha
