Default Not charging when hot engine cbr600 1995

So it all started onwsy home from mot bike broke down completley dead no ignition lights etc.Traced fault to blown main 30amp fuse.So renewed it bike started up straight away and no flat battery.Since then i have been monitoring charge rate and it doesnt charge when hot tested rectifier it passed with no probs but replaced it twice as first one was faulty but still the same.Checked resistance all 3 yellow wires for stator getting 0.1 ohms also testing to ground for a short but passed.
Also tested R/W cable to rectifier and im getting battery voltage. What AC should i get out of the 3 yellow stator wires any advice i would be greatful thanks for reading.

Upddate just measured AC voltage on 3 yellow wires coming out of stator only getting 11.9 -12.1 volts which i think is the problem.

There are no specified voltage checks for the alternator only resistance, if you are only getting c.12v at the battery then your alternator / R/R is the problem.

Output should be 13-15v at 5k revs
