Not charging when hot engine cbr600 1995
So it all started onwsy home from mot bike broke down completley dead no ignition lights etc.Traced fault to blown main 30amp fuse.So renewed it bike started up straight away and no flat battery.Since then i have been monitoring charge rate and it doesnt charge when hot tested rectifier it passed with no probs but replaced it twice as first one was faulty but still the same.Checked resistance all 3 yellow wires for stator getting 0.1 ohms also testing to ground for a short but passed.
Also tested R/W cable to rectifier and im getting battery voltage. What AC should i get out of the 3 yellow stator wires any advice i would be greatful thanks for reading.

Wish I could help. I looked in both Chilton's and the Honda manual for my '89, assuming it would be roughly the same, and they don't list a test or a spec for that. They tell you that if the resistance and ground checks are good, then the problem is not the stator. I'd consider checking the voltage and make sure it is roughly the same on all three phases. What I'm reading on a couple other forums is that at rpm (not defined) it should be 40 to 70 VAC but that the main thing is that it be balanced across the phases.
