Default No power

I took the motor down on my bike so I could do a valve job on it. To do that I had to disconnect most of the electronics. Then I broke a valve cover bolt off in the head and had to fix that issue. Now the bike is back together and the issue I'm having is when I plug everything and turn the key I get power. All the lights come on, headlight comes on, brights work fine, blinkers work fine and so does the brake lights. But then I hit the starter button I hear a click and lose all power. Nothing at all. So I replace the main fuse and the power is restored and once again I push the starter button and click no power. The battery terminals are hooked up properly, the ground is hooked up, everything is run properly to the starter relay. I cant figure it out.
one thing I do find odd though is I have gobe through about 5 fuses and when I pull each fuse it looks just fine. Doesn't look blown at all. Even the brand new one look like they just came out of the package. 5 in a row.

Battery is low, assuming the motor turns over manually.
