no oil pressure

Default no oil pressure

i recently highsided my cbr600 f3 onto the left side. i was at a low speed and did minor damage. now when i started my bike after about a week im not getting any oil pressure. any ideas on what could cause this would be great.

ewwww something not good that's for sure---question 1 when the bike high sided, if you remember this, was the bike still running when you went to pick it up///basically meaning did the tip sensor do its job. There's been a case or two where I've heard of bikes running after a crash at full throttle for a couple of seconds which is enough to screw up the engine I had a buddy who's bike threw a rod becuase of this! I would definetly get into a shop A/S/A/P

thanks for the response. When the bike went over it sputtered for a couple of seconds then shut off. From what i remember the bike didnt rev high.

yeah I would definatly have it taken to a shop or a friend that sputter for a few seconds could be enough to knock something out of wac---better safe than sorry.

yeah im gonna take it to a shop. at least its getting cold here in maryland so i wont be doing much riding this time of the year. thanks for all your help and insight.
