RE: nicecycle.com fairing kits?
Okay Valkyie, point well taken. After your first 2 posts I didn't bother to read your post including something you read in a sportbike mag... sorry about that assumption.
None-the-less, I am glad I got first hand info that related directly to the F3... Off to SharkSkins, I guess.

RE: nicecycle.com fairing kits?
I went down on my bike, pretty hard... Bike had been down before (on the other side) and I after taking them to a "plastics shop", and the result being really low quality repairs, I decided to go for something else. I decided after this deployment that I would spoil her, as Ireally enjoythe bike, and really don't want anything else. So I have been planing a paint job for a while and am now searching for a kit to start fresh with. The only part that might be salvage quality (I say might because I have been gone for 15 months and DON'T really recall the extent on every piece) is the front fairing, and possibly the tail. I have wanted to do the"solo" seat conversion for a while and have considered both OPP racing and Sharkskinz in that process. That said, apon my return home, I may have a fairing or two up for grabs. We shall see. I am really just excited to get her back in shape.
