Ebay offers a wide variety of full kits in various paint schemes. Priced from $350-500. Mostly located in Hong-Kong or China, so expect some time for shipping. They don't fit perfect, but they only require a bit of tug-and-pull to get them on nicely. I've bought 2 kits from Hong Kong and I've loved them both. It's where I got my current red bull kit.

Did you end up paying custom charges for your purchase from international sellers?

No customs fees... what they advertise is what you pay.

Like Redbull said, a little work will be needed. They require some ingenuity and very light fabrication sometimes, to get them mounted right, and you'll be drilling some holes out for a little "wiggle room" in the fitment department, but if you're self-initiating, and good with your hands, you'll be fine.

I mounted one set before, and in the next few months will be getting another one - you can't beat the price for a complete kit with paint/graphics all done, but sadly, they are not OEM quality... you've got to be a little more careful with them, as the plastic is not as solid, and the finish is somewhat delicate.
