Default New to the F3 section...

Hi Guys, hope you don't mind me hopping over the fence from the Hurricane/F1 600 group. I sold my 1990 FL a couple of weeks ago and picked up a 1995 F3 over the Easter holiday. It needs a tidy up and a really really good clean. I'm planning on refurbishing the swing arm as it's got surface rust on the bottom - looks like it's been run through an English winter.

Does anyone know the letters/numbers on the stock end can for my bike I'm planning on getting one? Also, could I use any stock end can between 95 and 98?

Well, here she is, I can't wait to start working on her - I think these bikes are just great.

Rog

Hey Guys, just to let anyone know who might be interested, I like to do little vids on youtube showing and waffling on about the progress of my project. Apologies for my rather droll Yorkshire accent

For the can, you might try a firm called Motofix Spares, they`re a salvage company working in Southampton, I`m not sure about their stock in old cbr parts but I`ve ordered quite a few bits for my Triumph from there and have not yet been disappointed. They got an eBay store you might wanna check out.

Shop`s here link. Seem to be running a bit thin ATM but wait for some kid to take a tumble (now we wouldn`t wish that would we) and dig in when the spoils come up for grabs.
