Hi guys, I'm Dustin, I live outside Tampa, FL. I just bought a 1998 F3 this week. I needs a little tlc, but just about all the things it needs are cosmetic, fairings, a good cleaning, etc. On to the pics.

Finally got her home yesterday, things took longer than I'd planned but she's mine now. well on to the pics.

Welcome to the forum. Nice bike. Interesting to see the Euro fairings on a bike here in the US. So, what are your plans ? Been riding long ? Other bikes ?

well i've been riding bikes for about 17 years now but this is my 1st street bike, i figured for a low price and a 600 i could have some fun on a budget with out killing myself right outta the gate, lol. it already has a good sounding pipe on it so ill leave that alone.

ill start with a full fluid change/flush, then a thorough cleaning/lube of parts like the chain/sprocket and the carbs, replace the air filter. 1st will be leds for the gauges so they are more visible. most things i wanna do are cosmetic. i would like new fairings since these are kinda beat up, i found ones that are blue and black up front to a blue/white in back. I wold have to do a partial vinyl wrap on t he tank to cover the orange but thats ok. then a new smoked windscreen. new rear brake light with integrated turn signals, plus a true rear fender eliminator, the stock one is just cut. i would like to refinish the wheels too since they are looking a little rough, the black is coming off in a few spots.

it has the euro center stand on it too but its hard to move so i might need to grease it up a bit.

the fairings i like

or these

or if i want to put it back to closer to its original look
