does anybody have a thermostat housing for a 97 600f3? I just got this bike, and it was a wrecked bike.. also.. all of the wire connectors, that are attached to the battery box, there is a green one, and I have nothing to hook it to, but i don't now what it does... there are a couple white ones,all connected.. a couple red ones, and a black one, I just don't have anything to connect to the green one, nor do I knopw what it is for.. any help? thanks!

its the peicethat the radiator hose connects to... i didnt see it in the pic..

 

If the plug is Green and 3 pins, it belongs to the side stand. Look on the back side of the side stand and you'll see a switch. Follow the small harness up and you should find the other half you're looking for. The bike will not start (I mean starter motor engage) if this is not plugged in... unless the previous owner bypassed it.
