What is the condition of the fins on the radiator? If they are crushed and deformed, air will not pass through the radiator and cool down the coolant. What are the jets that you are running? If the bike is running lean, it can cause issues with the bike running hot. The next thng that I can think of that would cause excessive heat is the clutch slipping. What is the mileage on the clutch?

some of the fins were crushed... i dont know how but i replaced the radiator with another used but good one... but its down in just like one or 2 spots not the whole front...

so far its running cooler than before and not over heating but i havent gone long enough on the bike yet to rule out everything
