Has anybody really pumped up the motor of their F3? cams, pistons, heads? or any like mods? I am just wondering how much $600 in new cams would make a difference or maybe some fresh raced out pistons. I notice a lot of posts in this forum are about body, gearing and typical maintenance I am just wondering if anybody is doing a lot to increase horsepower or power delivery other than slip, K&N, jetting, and gearing? Not really an important post more so just curious on what mods will still keep our bikes competitive w/ the newer 600's. I know having the steel frames and swing arms are a lot of added weight and that kills us in the power to weight ratio. The F3's are so damn comfy and feel so good in the corners I crave that responsiveness and snap of the new bikes.
Sorry if this is stupid, like I said before I am more curious than anything.

save the money and buy a bigger, newer bike. but liek you i like the f3 a lot, only thing i have done is
