lowering front end

lowering front end

Just a question because I don't know any better. If I lowered the front end 1' and left the rear as is, would that effect handling in any way?

I've lowered my front end 1.5" and left the rear stock, for me it handles better on the highway but not as good on the twisties, and wheelies are a lottttt harder.
