Guys have used one from a Kawasaki, I believe, to replace theirs. I don't know which one tho.

Personally when mine goes, I wouldn't go the Ebay route. This is one of those applications I wouldn't trust to a part with a sketchy history.
I heard good things about these guys for an aftermarket replacement

Seems a little overkill to me.

Having had a bad R/R on the bike when I got mine I speak a little from experience. I got a used stocker for $15 from a nice member here and have been rocking it for about a year now with no problem. Had it not been for that, I would have gone aftermarket.

I can see that advantage of a heat sink on the aftermarket ones but a fan just seems like more than you really need. Seems like the heat sink is plenty of extra heat dissipation.

normally id agree,
but with chinese plastics and how easy they melt/bend/warp
and how hot that r/r gets,
i think it can be a good solution at least for bikes like mine

Where is the Jumper Cable for when I want to jump the Fuel Cut off Relay? Is it a separate cable or is it attached? I checked and I got Three Wires on the connector.

There is no "cable". To jumper it you take a piece of wire and bridge 2 wires on the connector. I don't remember which wires since its been a while since I did it. If nobody has chimed in by the time I get home, I'll post it up.

WTF... when does your R/R get that hot? You might want to check if your stator's working too hard or something. Even my stocker with no heat sink doesn't even get close to that hot..

If I "jump" it, how long can I have it like that, or is it just to check if the relay is bad?
