Red face Lost

hey guys im lost ive been chasing an electrical issue for the last 6months i ride my bike its fine if i stop then fire it up when its still warm i take off and it sputters like its outta fuel. ive changed the fuel pump (airtex e8316), pump relay, ecu, the coils, plugs and wires. checked the wire harness and no loose connections, corrosion or broken wires. also checked for vapor lock nothing i dunno what to do. the bike runs so ive started it up and take the inspection cover off the pump and it only pumps like 5 times a min is it possible i got a bad pump. also there seems to be a slight 90degree turn in the fuel line going into the pump but the fuel flows and it pumps fine but not sure if its a problem. any help would be great thanks alot.

you seem to have replaced a lot of things... as far as a new fuel pump thats not OEM i dont know what to say to you, if it runs fine and only acts up when you rev the throttle like that, id say the carbs are more likely the culprit than the bike starving for fuel in only once scenario.

id say for now to eliminate the pump/line problem, run a direct line from the tank to the carbs, skipping the pump.

your bike will run fine with a grav feed, just make sure you got a few gallons of gas in there.
if you dont have any more issues, then id say its your fuel line.

if it acts the same, its not your fuel line, and prolly your pilot circuit.

I'm ruling out the carbs I can ride it and run it through the gears up past 100mph and its fine it only does it when its warm when it starts to act up I take the cover off the fuel pump and it only pumps about five times a minute I'm going to order another pump and try that its really frustrating ive changed everything I'm ready to throw the dam thing of a cliff thanks for the help guys keep it coming

Make sure your two vent tubes on the bottom of the tank are not kinked... I chased a fuel issue for a week only to find out a tiny kink wasn't allowing my fuel tank to vent causing multiple types of issues...

I've read through the posts and I agree with Spicy, run gravity feed first, naturally making sure that the fuel line you use doesn't have any kinks in it. As mentioned, make sure you've got plenty of fuel in the tank so it maintains pressure. It's really hard to say how an aftermarket pump is going to perform.
