Jetting Gurus...here's a head scratcher...HELP!
95 F3 with K&N, Full Yosh header/pipe, Dynojet stage 1 jet kit.
After finding some bad float needles and having flooding problems, I installed a jet kit and some new float needles. Now I have idle issues and serious bogging below 5k rpm along with a huge off idle hesitation.
Bike starts with the choke when cold but then instantly will die if you don't feed it throttle. Once it warms up, you can let go of the throttle and it will idle well but rides like crap and bogs like crazy below 5k. If you ride it down low under load(like up a slightly sloping driveway) it seems like it floods out and is difficult to start up again.
This doesn't make sense, if it was rich, it should idle well cold, but then have more trouble warm. If it was lean, then why does it load up and require full throttle to clear it out when it stalls.
Any help would be appreciated. I've had the carbs on and off about 3 or 4 times thus far...they are clean and have fresh fuel in them.

Sounds lean to me. Doesn't Dynojet tell you what size needle, and main jet to use according to your elevation. They should also tell you how many turns to turn the air/fuel mixture screw. That would get you pretty close the the right setup. Also I'm wondering, does your bike run better in the low range if you keep the choke on?

you may have a vaccum leak around your insulators(rubber boots manifold)..check for dry rott and make sure your #4 and #3 carbs are well seated before tightning..being an older bike im sure thay are in bad shape..they are $12.00 each at the dealer

sounds like the low speed screw. If not sure warm the bike up and make 1/4 turns in each direction to see if it smoothes out if it does in one of the directions make 1/4 turns till best idle.
