Default I think I might have a head gasket leak?

I am thinking that i have a head gasket leak. I just recently bought a used engine and installed it into my 95 cbr 600 f3. After I got it to run I noticed that there is a fluid dropping out of a pin hole in muffler. I didn't know that the hole was there until I saw the fluid dropping out while I was tuning the carbs. Also I am loosing coolant. I am not sure where to. I have filled my reserve tank twice now and I know that I had my radiator full when I reinstalled it. There is while smoke coming out of the exhaust also. Along with these issues, The bike wants to overheat. I was riding it home this morning(40 degrees) and when I got off the highway at the first traffic light I saw the temp gauge raising and had to shut the engine off to keep it from getting too high. I have a repair manual that I used to aid in the engine swap and would feel comfortable tearing the engine down to change the Head gasket but I was hoping to get some advice prior to the major task that that is.

Any advice would be appreciated

You have a couple tell tale signs of a bad head gasket. Check your oil level too and see if there is a mixture. If you do your head gasket make sure to check the block and head to make sure they aren't warped
