so..............why not just install the 900rr temp sensor and not do any of this ****? that took me like 30 minutes + 2 beers and the part was 25 bucks

because if you're one of the unfortunate ones (like me) that had a seized temp sensor and the enitre sensor broke, you really don't have that option.

id look to a manual for that.
if i had to ballpark id say like, 1inch OD is what fit the rubber hose.

any 1 kno the diameter (inside) of the radiator hose wanna do this mod but add silicon hoses

Dont mean to bump this thread but I just saw it after having issues with my temp sensor.. Great work guys, I just ordered all the parts and im installing it this weekend.
