High Idle - Throttle Stop Screw
Try not to focus too much on the fuel pump. Yes, it could be bad, but it most likely wouldn't prevent the bike from starting. Make sure you've got a good battery and full charge when trying to start the bike. You won't hear the fuel pump on this bike when you turn the key on, it doesn't work that way. Naturally make sure you've got the fuel petcock turned on and the tank has plenty of gas.
Again, a big thanks to all that responded. Seems it was a "stuck" Throttle Stop Screw. After freeing up the Stop screw, and popping in a new battery/plugs, it works. It takes a tad longer than what I'd call normal to start, but hey, at least now I get to Zoom Zoom!
