i cleaned my carbs this weekend also changed plugs and fuel filter. slightly better but still gets jerky on accel seems like spark cuts on and off weird. any comments as to what to check next.

 

How do your plugs look ? Are they wet or sooty ?

 

i have my front fairing off my bike could those air hoses not being hooked up cause that much of a problem no power and cuts in and out. if you hold the throtle steady its gets jerky and if you roll on it it bogs right out in first shift into sencond and gets worse. o power

 

Yes, you should have all vent hoses connected up. Also make sure the Air Vent Solenoid Valve is connected. Also check to make sure none of the hoses have come loose.

 

worked great zip tied the hoses to the forks. took it for a ride runs great. thanks did not realize such a small hose would make that much difference. It does

 

Yea, those Honda engineers are pretty sharp. I think they knew what they were doing. Congratulations on getting her back on the road.
