headlight cover

I was wondering if anyone has bought these headlight covers they sell on ebay? I've seen two types, the black film and the headlight mesh:

Most kids get HID's to make it easier to see at night, and you wanna dimm yours down?

Honestly, looks like you'd have a lot of cutting and modification to get it on there... a bit of a hassle if you ask me...

if you want color, well you can always buy colored bulbs.
