Default Is there supposed to be a cover for the headlight wiring?

I was wondering if there is supposed to be some kind of cover for the headlight wiring? I bought my bike used and when I am putting my headlight back on I basically ziptied a lot of the wiring so it didn't just dangle down when I ride.

I've been looking at bikebandit.com but I haven't really seen anything that resembled a cover.

Of the three connectors, there's supposed to be a rubber cover which slides over the main connector (the big gray one). Also, the wires shouldn't be dangling much. They should be placed on the outside of the left air duct, tucked in between the fairings and the duct. It seems like they'd be easier to run underneath the duct, but the manual states otherwise. Don't know if that helps...
