my r/r just burned out and I have a gsxr R/r coming in the mail. I have a saudering iron so i just match up the wires and sauder the wires together and just elecrical tape over the saudered part? or is there some kind of cover I can put over the saudered piece?

 

how much did you pay for your r/r?

 

ok i asked my friend he said theres this thing called shrink wrap at the hardware store that you put over the saudering and then it shrinks over it just incase anyone else was wondering. I got my R/r for around $30

 

also dones anyone know what Kind of metal i have to saduer this with?

 

Use any soldering wire. They should be all made of one type. This isn't welding. What year gsxr r/r did you get?
