Ok, so the guy who owned the bike before me use to fill up the bike (95 F3) with premium gas. So now i'm a bit confused about what I should continue to fill up on the bike.
I searched up on the internet but got so many weird answers i'm confused. I'm about to just keep putting in 89-premium/plus gas. Help?
I had a classic bike before and i put in just 87 regular gas and it was fine.
But this bike a sport and different i just want to know.

I'm not concerned about the extra few bucks but i just want to make sure that if i continue to fill it up with 89+ it wont harm the bike.

The question of which fuel to run has been asked, and answered, many times. Your F3 will run best on 87. It's what Honda designed it to run on. (It should say in the owner's manual, service manual, and on the bike itself).
Higher octane fuels have more additives than regular. They are a slower burning fuel to control pre-detonation in higher compression engines. The higher the octane number, the more compression the fuel can withstand before detonating.
You are not hurting your engine by using 91, but are sacrificing a tiny bit of performance for the privilege to spend more money.
BTW, 91 RON = 87 AKI (U.S.)
