fuel pump is messing up

my fuel pump works then doesnt took off the relay the other night and that didnt work but i started up today and it worked then stopped pumping...blah and it does get kinda hot also ;8

it will pump alot then get hot and not pump maybe its both my relay and pump?

im using a different side fuel filter i got and its a little bit bigger than the stck one...could this be the problem?

my battery is staying charged also i think havent check the regulator yet

havent check by pumping direct from the tank either...i need some help...it was working fine ;0
all my electrical are keeping up nothing is dimming out either should i get a smalller fuel filter?
