Default Fuel Pump Fault.

HI guys / Gals.
I'm wondering if someone can give some advice please.

I have a UK model 97 CBR600F3,
I have owned the bike for a few years but have been very neglectful I have to admit.

I recently decided to get the bike running again after it being left stood for nearly 18 months.
Needless to say, the bike cranked but nothing after that.

I removed the tank and carbs, and gave them a thorough clean out.
After being refit I have still got an issue where the bike would crank but not fire.

I put a small amount of fuel directly into the carbs and low and behold the bike started briefly,
So I set a new fuel line upto the carbs on gravity feed from the Tank and the bike runs like this.

I set the bike back to run from the fuel pump, and nothing.
I replaced all fuel line from the tank to the pump, replacing the inline filter also.
nothing so its not a blockage.

I have replaced the fuel pump relay,
The fuel pump relay connector has a reading of 0.2 - 0.6 when the bikes "On" but not cranking,
and its between 2 and 6v when cranking.

I have jumped the fuel pump direct from a spare battery and the pump also works.
And when testing the fuel pump connector the readings are the same as the fuel relay.
0.2 - 0.6 when "on"
And between 2 and 6v when cranking.

Does anyone have any further ideas why my bike won't work on the pump but will when direct carb fed???

Did you perform the flow test on the pump to verify how much it's pumping?

I havent as the pump doesn't run when connected to the bike it only runs off a standalone battery when connected with copper wire
