Fuel Pump ?

Default Fuel Pump ?

hey guys sorry to bring up the old post im new to the site my f3's idling a bit wierd i mean i know its winter and all but even in the summer it had a putty kind of role in the idle more of an uneven amount of fuel being burnt i was just wondering if this would be the fuel pump if so does anybody know where i can find a used one or possibly a new one haha thank you for any reply or biut of help with this oh and i was also wondering about Delkevic pipes are they trust worthy SS obviously CF just cracks in these winters

its more than likely not your pump, as your bike would not run. you can test this by removing the line from your carbs to your fuel pump and checking for fuel between the 2.

if its idle is uneven it can be due to a number of things, including fouled plugs and clogged pilot jets. id try cleaning the plugs, throwing in some fresh gas, and bypassing the pump.

awesome thanks for the help i was also wonderin about brake pads ive seen ones on ebay that say they are made with kevlar is this a cheaper materiel or is it actually more high performance then the other kinds any info would be greatly apreciatted thanks
