Default fork seals

hi all , just had my wheels refurbed and look the danglies , took her out for a rip around the block , now the fork seals have given up the ghost , my question is do i replace just the seals and dust covers or do i do the upper and lower bushings as well , also what grade oil would people recommend i know 10 sea is standard on the ft , but being slightly heavier than a racing snake (17st) would i benefit from heavier oil , and a final question the little brass screw in the center of the adjusters is seized will this give any trouble stripping it all down ,
sorry for all the dumb questions , i have searched but not made any conclusive results,

Just noticed your post. If the bushing shows a different color material in spots, then the bushings need to be replaced. I had 23K miles on mine and the bushings are still ok. With your weight, you might be needing a stronger spring. I'd stay with the 10 weight as compression is non-adjustable and might get harsh on bumps. A stiffer spring will try to force the oil faster through the damping orifices and will increase resistance. Add an extra 5 to 7 cc per fork leg to help with bottoming
