Fork Oil replacement
Anyone have recommendations for longer distance riding?
I was thinking 7,5w just need brand.
I'm, 165-175 depending on time in the season, mainly distance riding no track or racing but hitting corners occurs.

10w fork oil
I just did my fork oil last weekend. I went with the oem 10w from Honda shop. My personal preference is oem as much as possible. The job was easier than I figured it would be. If you need any tips email me at derekvercher@gmail.com.
