RE: fork seals replacement
Not real hard at all... got a manual? Follow the steps, nothing to it.
The bolt that comes is from the bottom of the fork can be hard to get out because the internals will spin with it. Get somebody to put the fork across their lap and try and pull the two parts of the fork apart while you spin the bolt (6mm hex?) with a cordless drill or something.

RE: fork seals replacement
Loosen the allen key under the spindle, in the fork leg 1st it won't spin if you do this........... but dont take it out yet just loosen it. oh yeah and slacken off the top nut on the fork while it's still in the tripple clamps, the rest is deat easy there is nothing to changing the seals. once you have taken the legs off, remove the top nut... don't worry there is not a lot of spring pressure (loosen the spring pre load adjusters ), empty the oil.... take out the Spacer & the washer then the spring..... then you can remove the allen bolt completely from the bottom of the leg that you loosened earlier.... remove the dust cover on the fork then the snap ring, which is located above the seal............. use the chrome fork slider as a slide hammer and pull upwards on it .. this will pull the old seal out for you......... clean everything and fit the seal and components in the reverse order..
