Default FIRST BIKE, need help finding a piece...

FINALLY got my first bike, 97 F3, the bike was dropped by the old owner and a piece in the left side fairing popped/broke off when it happened...for some reason my photobucket account refuses to upload the image I highlighted the missing piece in so....
So, there's the online picture, the piece I'm missing, (on the other side on my bike, not that it matters) is the piece immediately above the "CBR." I googled everything I could think of but nothing is coming up for me, its just the piece that looks to have 4 bolts holding it on, if anyone has one of these, knows where I can get one, or what it's called it'd be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
I'll post pics and let you guys see as I go along once I get the chance.
So far I had to get new tires, got the tires off earlier this morning, got them mounted after work, tomorrow or Thursday I'm going to get them back on after cleaning the chain, flushing the coolant, changing the oil to full synthetic Mobil1. I also had to replace the left side mirror and the windshield.

Engine cover or engine cowl is what they're usually referred to as.

Check out this site.

You can order direct replacement parts. If you call the number they can even make sure you get the fully decaled, and color matched piece for the price that you see listed (if your bike is stock coloring).

Thanks guys, and jpanside, I got a Dunlop D220 for the front (brand new, $49.00 shipped on eBay), and a Continental ContiForce for the rear ($57.99 shipped off eBay, greatttt deals lol).
Turns out what me and my friend mistook (in HIGH hopes) for the crush washer being shot, was in fact a crack in the oil pan right above the drain bolt..so after I decided to try to be nice to the bike and get Mobil1 Full Synthetic at 10$ and a K&N Gold Performance oil filter for it, it is now dripping the oil out into his driveway. So I JB Welded it as best as I could, and hardly stopped it. What I'm thinking about doing it COVERING the entire crack and bottom of the drain plug in JB Weld and then just getting a new pan in the next month or 2, and replacing it once the oil needs to be changed..kind of pissed about it but hey, what can you do. Another thing adding to the aggravation was the fact that I found a set of F4i gauges on eBay last night for $75 buy it now with $15 shipping, FULLY WORKING FOR SOOOO CHEAP to do the gauge swap. I then remembered I had bought my girlfriend a bunch of stuff at the mall earlier and was 5$ short in the bank account so this morning I rushed to the bank at 8 to deposit cash in and immediately went onto eBay on my phone to buy them, and they were sold. So, gotta keep looking I guess.
