fill handlebars with urethane?
I have used latex caulk, silicone caulk and expanding spray foam on several different bikes bars.
My best results have come from a 1 dollar tube of clearlatex caulk.
For normal motorcycle handle bars like the ones on a dirt bike.
Simply attach a 12 inch length of soft or flexable hose to the end of the caulk tube.
Insert your 12 inch tubeall theway into the bars and pump away.
You will start to feel the bars filling up with caulkthen pull the hoseout by half and pump away.
Then pull the hose out again by half and pump away and top off tube and cover with duct tape.
Then switch to the other side and repeat.
Once the caulk sets up remove duct tape (24 hrs)
You will need 2- 3 tubes of caulk for dirt bike bars.
And you will need to let the bars sit for several days to allow for the caulk to cure!
Or you will have a mess on your hands...
For clip on bars, I would remove the bar from the bike and thenremove the bar weight.
Place the clip on in a vise and then fill it with caulk and then insert the weight pushing out excess caulk
then tighten the bar end to the weight.
You still have to let the bar sit for a few days to allow the caulk tocure!
This is a cheap vibration fix, but it does take some time.
